| According to the rules and protocols surrounding the election, election results may be shared with third-parties who have been contracted by the issuer to assist in conducting the election. In some cases we share only a subset of information with these third-parties as appropriate to the confidentiality requirements in effect for the election. |

Once you complete your election by navigating to the last page of the site, or close your browser, the temporary information in the "Session Cookie" is removed.
